Privacy Policy

Effective: August 21, 2026 • Last updated: August 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Natasha Chance ("Natasha Chance," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit this website, request a resource, contact us, or otherwise interact with the site.

Current site configuration: this launch version does not load advertising, behavioral-tracking, or analytics cookies. The lead form is not connected to a processor until one is intentionally configured.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address when you request a guide or contact us.
  • Communications you choose to send to us.
  • Technical information ordinarily transmitted when accessing a website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and basic server logs, if collected by the hosting provider.
  • Preference information, such as your privacy or cookie choice stored locally in your browser.
  • Marketing preference if you affirmatively opt in to receive updates.

2. How we use information

We may use personal information to provide requested resources; respond to inquiries; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; maintain business records; and, only where permitted, send marketing communications consistent with your choices.

3. Legal bases for processing where applicable

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, processing may be based on your consent, performance of a request or agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing the site, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

4. Email and marketing choices

Requesting a resource does not automatically require consent to unrelated marketing. Marketing consent is presented separately and is optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Commercial email practices should include accurate sender information, a valid postal address, and a working opt-out mechanism.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The launch configuration does not intentionally set non-essential analytics, advertising, personalization, or marketing cookies and does not use browser local storage for tracking. The hosting provider may process limited technical request data necessary to deliver and secure the site. If optional tracking technologies are added later, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before those technologies are enabled where consent is required. See the Cookie Policy.

6. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help host, secure, maintain, communicate through, or operate the site; to professional advisers; in connection with a business reorganization; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, users, or the public. We do not state that personal information is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current site configuration because those activities are not enabled.

7. Service providers added later

If you connect a form processor, CRM, email platform, analytics provider, scheduling service, payment processor, embedded video, social plug-in, or other third-party service, that service may process personal information under its own terms. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy should be updated before or when those services are enabled.

8. Data retention

We intend to retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or security requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal obligation.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the site. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should avoid transmitting highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to us, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing; to withdraw consent; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities. We will honor legally required rights where applicable and may take reasonable steps to verify a request.

California

If the CCPA applies to us, California residents may have rights including to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights. The current launch configuration does not sell personal information or enable cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA/UK and similar jurisdictions

If applicable, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the ability to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

11. Global Privacy Control and opt-out signals

The launch configuration does not use technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising or sale/sharing of personal information. If that changes, recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where legally applicable, should be honored and the site architecture must be updated accordingly.

12. Children

This website is intended for professional and general adult audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If we learn that such information was collected in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take appropriate steps.

13. International visitors

If you access the site from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, business practices, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes may require additional notice or consent where required by law.

15. Contact and privacy requests

For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@natashaontrust.com. Confirm that this mailbox is active before public launch.
